Coaststyle Construction is a Sunshine Coast based residential builder & project management partnership. We have been in operation since 2008 with many projects completed for local and interstate clients. We bring extensive experience in a variety of backgrounds to the design & construction of your home or renovation project, with a management style that ensures you are informed at every stage of the construction process.

Chris Stratford-Smith

Business founder & partner, Chris is a registered builder with over 10 years experience in the building industry. Chris has personally supervised and managed all forms of construction & civil projects with time spent in front line management positions in Commercial & Residential constructions and renovations, throughout the South East Queensland.

His role is to be your point of contact on site while keeping you up to date with the progress of your project along with guiding you through the selection process for your colours and item selections.

Damien Lewry

Business founder & partner, Damien has over 9 years of project management experience. Prior to entering the construction industry he worked as a Research and Development Manager in the manufacturing industry, supervising a design team of 10 staff. With extensive fabrication, design & drafting experience in the manufacturing industry, he chose to move to construction and has spent the last 6 years gaining extensive experience in the commercial & residential construction industry to offer a design and management style that is now realised in Coaststyle Construction.

His role is to ensure that your ideas are flown through into your design & that all your criteria such as style, size and budget are met.

From concept to completion, we manage projects and co-ordinate an experienced team that provide specialised services in a cost-effective, quality and professional manner. The Coaststyle Construction team can make your dreams a reality.
