As with all renovations there are some challenges and complications but you always came up with a great solution and calmly advised and guided us to achieve an excellent end result. We particularly appreciated your open and frequent communication with us. This was very important for us as we weren’t living in the area during the term of the renovation. When choosing a builder for our renovations we were looking for someone who would be honest with us, have the same attention to detail we did and was reliable and trustworthy. We found that builder in Damien (Coaststyle Constructions). When doing a renovation there’s many things that don’t seem to be evident when first planning on paper Damien was able to see these issues and plan for them. When things didn’t go according to plan with other trades as they do in all jobs he addressed the issue straight away, Damien’s as well as his crews willingness to communicate with us at all times during construction on even the smallest issues meant that we felt comfortable with all stages of construction and knew what to expect. The build is to a very high standard and Damien’s advice on the inclusions has helped us to achieve a house that is modern and stylish, something we can be very happy with. It’s a great feeling when someone enters your home and their first response is, ”wow”.
